    Use a batch file: `call "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\VC\Auxiliary\Build\vcvars64.bat"`
    then `cd /d C:\Users\joeyw\dusklight && cmake --build --preset windows-msvc-relwithdebinfo`,
    invoked via `cmd //c
